Too Much For Me" Brings Out More Vulnerable Side Of Songbird Nadya Sudjaja

Updated: Aug 3, 2019

Following up on the successful release of her recent single, "Beyond Darkness," fast-rising singing star Nadya Sudjaja is set to show off her softer side with her upcoming single, "Too Much For Me." Unlike her previous effort which was dark, brooding and dramatic, her new single shows us a more vulnerable Nadya, and is a song about a girl who thought she had found her 'Mr. Right,' only to discover just how wrong she had been.

The new single takes Nadya's already stellar vocal abilities to new heights, with its melodic, upbeat flow perfectly encapsulating the elation of finding an exciting new spark and the sinking feeling when discovering that she has made a mistake getting. "Too Much For Me" is a light-hearted and fun, but catchy and driven EDM pop track that talks about a girl's first date with a guy she met and has been talking to on a dating app.

"The first date does not go well," Nadya says of the new song. "The guy is only interested in himself and is obnoxious, loud and rude"

After he spends all night standing at the bar, paying her no attention, she thinks about sneaking away and running off. An absolute club banger, but with a sensitive undercurrent, "Too Much For Me" is certain to solidify Nadya's growing reputation as a bona fide star. It is the kind of release to be expected from a singer who recently became one of the few crossover artists from the Philippines to chart in the top 50 on the Global Adult Contemporary Charts.
